Job Description: 
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven International Business Development Executive to expand our global seller network and drive business growth on leading e-commerce platforms like Amazon. This role requires strong sales, relationship-building, and negotiation skills to onboard and support international sellers. Working night shifts, you will engage with global clients, uncover business opportunities, and drive revenue  growth. 

Key Responsibilities: 
  • Identify and Acquire Global Sellers: Research, qualify, and onboard top sellers for Amazon. 
  • Build & Maintain Seller Relationships: Act as a trusted advisor, managing seller interactions and ensuring long-term success. 
  • Sales & Negotiation: Pitch our platform to international sellers, negotiate deals, and finalize agreements. 
  • Category & Market Analysis: Understand global market trends, seller pain points, and product category growth strategies. 
  • Revenue Growth & Performance Tracking: Ensure seller success translates to platform revenue, continuously optimizing performance. 
  • Collaborate with Internal Teams: Work closely with marketing, operations, and account management teams for smooth seller onboarding. 
  • Work Across Global Time Zones: Engage with sellers worldwide, catering to their schedules during night shifts. 
To Be a Great Fit, You Should Have: 
  • 2-4 Years of Experience in e-commerce sales or business development, preferably with Amazon. 
  • Competitive Analysis Expertise to assess market trends, monitor competitor strategies, and identify opportunities for business growth. 
  • Strong Communication Skills to effectively engage and persuade international clients. 
  • Data-Driven Mindset with the ability to analyze trends and make informed business decisions. 
  • Expertise in Amazon Platform, including seller systems and advertising tools. 
  • Sales & Negotiation Abilities to acquire high-value sellers and close deals. 
  • Problem-Solving Skills to provide strategic solutions for seller challenges. 
  • Adaptability & Flexibility to work night shifts and manage global interactions efficiently.
