We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Sales Intern to join our staffing agency. This internship offers hands-on experience in various aspects of sales and business development in recruitment industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead Generation & Prospecting: Identify and research potential clients in need of staffing solutions to generate leads.
- Direct Sales & Networking: Visit offices of different companies to introduce and sell Starkflow’s services & build and nurture relationships with stakeholders, including HR managers, C-suite executives, and other decision-makers.
- Client Outreach: Initiate contact with prospective clients through cold calls, emails, and social media to introduce our staffing services and schedule meetings.
- Market Research: Conduct research to understand client needs, industry trends, and competitor offerings to effectively position our services.
- Sales Support: Assist in preparing proposals, presentations, and other sales materials.
- CRM Management: Maintain and update client information to ensure accurate records.
- Reporting: Track and report on sales activities, lead status, and outcomes to provide insights into sales performance.
- Administrative Tasks: Support the team with scheduling meetings, preparing documents, and other administrative duties as required.
Desired Skills & Qualifications
- Education: Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Human Resources, or a related field.
- Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
- Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
- Analytical Skills: Ability to conduct market research and analyze data to identify trends and opportunities.
- Organizational Skills: Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
