  • Compensation: Stipend will be provided + Travel allowance
 


We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Sales Intern to join our staffing agency. This internship offers hands-on experience in various aspects of sales and business development in recruitment industry.​

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead Generation & Prospecting: Identify and research potential clients in need of staffing solutions to generate leads.​
  • Direct Sales & Networking: Visit offices of different companies to introduce and sell Starkflow’s services & build and nurture relationships with stakeholders, including HR managers, C-suite executives, and other decision-makers.
  • Client Outreach: Initiate contact with prospective clients through cold calls, emails, and social media to introduce our staffing services and schedule meetings.​
  • Market Research: Conduct research to understand client needs, industry trends, and competitor offerings to effectively position our services.​
  • Sales Support: Assist in preparing proposals, presentations, and other sales materials.​
  • CRM Management: Maintain and update client information to ensure accurate records.​
  • Reporting: Track and report on sales activities, lead status, and outcomes to provide insights into sales performance.​
  • Administrative Tasks: Support the team with scheduling meetings, preparing documents, and other administrative duties as required.


Desired Skills & Qualifications
  • Education: Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Human Resources, or a related field.
  • Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication abilities.​
  • Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint.​
  • Analytical Skills: Ability to conduct market research and analyze data to identify trends and opportunities.​
  • Organizational Skills: Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.​
  • Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and contribute to team goals.​
  • Adaptability: Willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges in a dynamic industry.​
